Here comes my second own character: Viara!

What you can see around her eyes is a cool tattoo. It means she is from Tropia. Fairies there are really though and sometimes even cruel. They do believe in physical power, and usually they have powers that are well used as weapons. All kids are put in mortal danger as 3 so they can learn how to use their abilities - if they don’t have one, they just die. It is told they weren’t strong enough to live, if they only had artistic veins, and call this a natural selection.
They all tattoo that mark around their eyes, so they can hide better if needed. Viara left her home because she wasn’t good enough for their fighting life - but don’t get deceived, she is a dangerous one if enraged! Her power comes unusually from her eyes, not her hands. She has laser eyes.
It can cut and sear nearly anything, except metal. It can be blocked with energy fields, bolt of lightening, other lasers, or fire, if it is the fairies ability to produce it.
She has pointed beewings, and she is supposed to have black hair. I made the drawing on paper and scanned it - the original is a lot better. Somehow her hair is really light in the scanned variation.

Viara will be (later in the story) be the best friend of Vianne [link] once she leaves her hometown
